Nina Fossil Garden is a truly unique and captivating attraction in Hong Kong. As the territory's only large-scale tree fossil garden, it offers a rare and profound experience 😍 The site is expansive, covering a beautifully landscaped 80,000 square feet, where visitors can stroll among dozens of incredible prehistoric relics. The garden masterfully blends natural history with landscape design, presenting these ancient specimens some stretching an impressive 25 metres long as permanent open-air sculptures. Dating back hundreds of millions of years, the fossils are installed with great care, creating a powerful dialogue between the static, stone tree trunks and the vibrant, living plants that surround them. This thoughtful presentation doesn't just showcase fossils; it immerses you in the narrative of our planet. It’s both an educational journey into deep time and an inspiring, peaceful escape. A visit here allows you to quietly contemplate the immense, dynamic forces of nature and geology, making it a must see for nature lovers, families, and anyone looking for a moment of reflection in Hong Kong 💯☺️

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Tsuen Wan Park is a spacious gem perfect for outdoor activities and relaxation. The beautiful sea views and stunning sunsets make it ideal for photography. I enjoyed the cycling and jogging tracks, sports facilities, and charming waterfall pond with live fish. Great for families with playgrounds and entertainment options throughout.

Walking from Tsuen Wan West Station and bus terminal about 5 minutes, it has 4 hectares area. With plenty of children playground, kids can play here for 1-2 hours. And there is a pet-friendly area. You can bring pets inside without disturbance to others. In close connection to Nina tower and City walk 2, dining and beverage can be enjoyed within 3 minutes walk. In conclusion, it is a nice place for kids and pets with good transportation and support from the places nearby.

It's a very big park, we saw 2 different playground areas for kids, as well as the "waterfall" pond that is thriving. The other end of the park shows you a part of the Hong Kong harbour.
