I own a venue — how do I update or claim my listing?+
Head to your venue's page and click Claim this listing, or start from List your venue. Once you're verified you can edit details, add photos, and respond to families directly.
Can you remove or update a listing?+
Yes. Email us with the venue name and what's wrong (closed, moved, incorrect details) and we'll fix it. If you're the owner, claiming the listing is the fastest path to ongoing control.
Do you charge families to use the site?+
No — browsing, searching, and booking through venue links is free. The site is funded by venue sponsorships and partnerships.
