1 / 5Cube O Discovery Park
📍 Tsuen Wan, New Territories
Indoor marine discovery centre at Tsuen Wan West MTR combining jellyfish exhibits, 15+ reptile species including axolotls, a children's playground, and an on-site café. Timed entry runs 90 minutes.
Great place for kids to visit. They will learn and get to see different kinds of jellyfish. There is a wonderful playground where smaller kids can have lots of fun. Adults can hangout at the coffee shop and enjoy their animal theme ice cream as well.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with toddlers and primary-school-aged children who want a contained, novel experience with clear marine and reptile encounters. The 90-minute session structure suits younger children's attention spans well. Older children or adults seeking a large-scale aquarium will find the space too compact.

“Very special place for dinner with jelly fishes right next to your table. You can stay for 90 minutes which is a bit hurry. But it is enough for us. You can dine first in the 90 minutes and then go outside to take photos with the big tank. The food is quite good even though the main selling point here is jelly fishes tanks. The only down side is the 90 minutes limit. I would say 2 hours would be better.”

“Interesting for urban kids. As an adult, it's rather nothing, especially since you don't have to play, or you can use the children's playgrounds. So the price is, well, we pay the price for the children. It is interesting to see the jellyfish, which it is better not to encounter when swimming in the more. The team should perhaps also start here and explain to the visitors what they should do as first aid after coming into contact with the tentacles. It's good that something about the environment is shown, you can show how all the plastic bags and now mask waste are polluting the seas. Sea creatures die or ingest the garbage in their bodies. The garbage has already merged into a new globe in the pacific, the size of Europe. The black tip in the video looked too posed. Please also explain here that you should not eat shark fin soup at the expense of the great sharks. In traditional Chinese cuisine, only the fins are used, the rest goes into the sea and dies in misery. show the pictures!”

Overview
Cube O Discovery Park positions itself as Hong Kong's first city-centre marine experience venue. Kids encounter live jellyfish up close, explore over 15 small reptile species — axolotls, geckos, and more — and can burn energy in the on-site playground. The café serves animal-themed ice cream and food, making it a self-contained visit. Entry is timed at 90 minutes per session; reviewers who paced themselves found this sufficient, covering exhibits first then dining.
