๐ Kennedy Town, Hong Kong Island
Large indoor play space in Kennedy Town combining a climbing obstacle course, Formula Yoo cycling races, virtual animal racing, and augmented reality sports games. Sessions run for 2 hours. Grip socks compulsory for children.
Mar 23: what an excellent playhouse for kids. I think it is suitable for aged 6 to 12. The location is good (near HKU MTR station). You can buy tickets from website and the socks for kids $30 is compulsory for kids (parents no need to buy). The duration is 2 hours. Staff are good. They will give guidance. I recommend the Running game and the Cycling game. Because it is not easy to find in other playhouses. Kids enjoy to play. However, parents need to take care their kids, not many staff here to look after them. Also, the touch-screen game always mil-function. Staff always come to reset the computer.
๐ Family Action Verdict
Best for children aged 6โ12 who can engage independently with tech-based games. The Formula Yoo cycling and virtual racing justify the visit for that age group. Children under 4 are turned away at the door โ confirm age rules before booking. Not suited to toddlers.

โFor HK a rather large and well organized brand new indoor playground with plenty of interactive and virtual reality games. Love the more old schools activities with a scramble course, indoor soccer or โformula tooโ. But the augmented reality games are also quite fun. Still not overcrowded on a Sunday morning but that may change shortly. Pricing is rather aggressive with 320 per kid on weekends and 250 on weekdays plus 30 for the socks. All that for a two hour slot which seems to be on the shorter end compared to other places. Hint: bring food. F&B is a basically an ice cream stand and a tiny urban coffee roaster. Itโs also too heavily air conditioned so wearing a jacket is recommended. Also bring an extra pair of socks. The concrete floor is not isolated and just freezing cold. Funny that the staff wears slippers while everyone else is supposed to wear thin socks onlyโฆโ

โI like that this place is clean (generally) and the ball pit/playground area is diverting enough for awhile. Like others, I had problems with the staff before - told I could accompany with under 3 kid, but turned away when I arrived. Later, after my kid was older than 3, we came for a friend's bday party. Staff were not too helpful and started cleaning up the party room slightly before our time was up....also, the place is on the slightly spendier side, need to buy their 30 dollar socks for the kids and don't allow more than 1 adult with child unless you pay another 80 dollars. It's not the best deal. I'd say ok, but hampered by their own policies, vague/badly worded policies, bad service, etc. Shame.โ

Overview
Sooper Yoo occupies a spacious floor near HKU MTR station and packs in more variety than most Hong Kong indoor playgrounds. The climbing obstacle course demands physical coordination; Formula Yoo cycling and virtual animal racing are the standout interactive attractions โ reviewers flag these as rare in other local playhouses. Augmented reality sports games round out the digital offerings. Staff guide children through activities.
