1 / 4Sai Kung Swimming Pool
đ Sai Kung, New Territories
Small public swimming facility in Sai Kung with three to four pool areas including a baby pool and water slide. Changing rooms, showers, hair dryers, and lockers on-site.
One of my favorite public pools in HK. It's small, but rarely busy and the three / four pool areas cover all your needs.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for Sai Kung-based families and visitors already in the area who want a relaxed swim without crowds. Toddlers and young children benefit most from the baby pool. Older children relying on the water slide should verify it is operational before visiting â closure history makes this a necessary step.

âI am visiting so perfect to go every day..am surprised it's very quiet as good facilities.. changing room, showers, dryers , lockers etc.. Shame it's not open in the winter time as the other pools are too far away. Keep it up Am wandering not every local people can swim??â

âI like it here a lot except lately, two of the pools are closed due to lack of life guards. Very disappointingly. Be sure to check their website for public noticesâ

Overview
Sai Kung Swimming Pool is one of the quieter public facilities in the New Territories, with reviewers regularly finding it uncrowded even during peak season. The multi-pool layout includes a baby area and a water slide, with changing rooms, showers, hair dryers, and lockers available. Operational consistency is a recurring issue â individual pools including the slide and secondary pool have closed for extended periods due to lifeguard shortages. Seasonal closure applies in winter.
