Nice playroom, big and kids have fun

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for toddlers aged 1–4 whose families are already Lee Garden loyalty app members with accumulated points. The booking process requires advance organisation. Families without existing Lee Garden app points will need to plan well ahead. Children over 5 will find the equipment range insufficient for a dedicated visit.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Book your slot via the Lee Garden app under 'hyevents' — walk-ins are turned away regardless of capacity
Reserve weekend slots at least eight hours in advance as popular sessions fill quickly
🎟️Ensure your Lee Garden app account has sufficient points before arriving — no alternative payment is accepted at the door

We visited this playhouse for the first time after a friend’s recommendation. You need points to redeem entry, and luckily Aurelia’s grandpa had plenty to spare—so we used them to get three tickets and check it out! The space is large and very clean, though there aren’t a ton of play options. Still, it’s a nice spot for kids to burn off some energy if you’ve got points and aren’t sure where to go. One cute detail: the diaper changing room has little stairs so kids can climb up themselves—very thoughtful! Just a heads-up: you’ll need to prebook before coming. We’re planning to invite more friends next time for a group playdate!

You can enter ONLY by redeeming points through Lee Garden app. It’s not very clear neither on the app nor online. Before coming you need to reserve a spot via the app: on the home page of the app scroll down to hyevents! Find Playdot in there and reserve your spot. Without reservation - they won’t let you in. On weekends you need to reserve at least 8h in advance - it gets full quickly. 1 ticket is for 1 child and only 1 accompanying adult, and costs 300 points. There is no cash price equivalent for the entrance. When you register in the app, they reward you with 500 points. You earn points by shopping/spending in any of Lee Gardens and Hysan. 1hkd spent = 1 point. To register a spending you need to take a clear picture of both payment receipts - one from the shop/restaurant and another from the cash machine. If you don’t get either of receipts - they won’t register a spending - it will be rejected. Minimum spending is 100hkd. Hope this helps!

place was big, spacious and clean. but not a lot to play with, and probably just suitable for kids 5 years and younger to play and run around.

Overview

Playdot is a large, clean soft-play space on the 18th floor of Lee Garden Two designed for children aged 5 and under. The floor plan is spacious and well-maintained, with thoughtful details including child-height stairs in the diaper changing area. Play equipment is deliberately minimal, making it most suitable for toddlers who need space to run rather than structured play apparatus. Entry requires booking a timed slot and redeeming Lee Garden app points — no cash payments are accepted.
