Nice playroom, big and kids have fun

A convenient clean play space for young children, but requires advance planning due to points-only entry and booking requirements.

โ€œWe visited this playhouse for the first time after a friendโ€™s recommendation. You need points to redeem entry, and luckily Aureliaโ€™s grandpa had plenty to spareโ€”so we used them to get three tickets and check it out! The space is large and very clean, though there arenโ€™t a ton of play options. Still, itโ€™s a nice spot for kids to burn off some energy if youโ€™ve got points and arenโ€™t sure where to go. One cute detail: the diaper changing room has little stairs so kids can climb up themselvesโ€”very thoughtful! Just a heads-up: youโ€™ll need to prebook before coming. Weโ€™re planning to invite more friends next time for a group playdate!โ€

โ€œYou can enter ONLY by redeeming points through Lee Garden app. Itโ€™s not very clear neither on the app nor online. Before coming you need to reserve a spot via the app: on the home page of the app scroll down to hyevents! Find Playdot in there and reserve your spot. Without reservation - they wonโ€™t let you in. On weekends you need to reserve at least 8h in advance - it gets full quickly. 1 ticket is for 1 child and only 1 accompanying adult, and costs 300 points. There is no cash price equivalent for the entrance. When you register in the app, they reward you with 500 points. You earn points by shopping/spending in any of Lee Gardens and Hysan. 1hkd spent = 1 point. To register a spending you need to take a clear picture of both payment receipts - one from the shop/restaurant and another from the cash machine. If you donโ€™t get either of receipts - they wonโ€™t register a spending - it will be rejected. Minimum spending is 100hkd. Hope this helps!โ€

โ€œplace was big, spacious and clean. but not a lot to play with, and probably just suitable for kids 5 years and younger to play and run around.โ€

Overview

Playdot is a large, clean indoor play area located on the 18th floor of Lee Garden Two in Causeway Bay. The space provides a safe environment for young children to run around and play, though the play equipment is somewhat limited. The facility features thoughtful touches like child-friendly stairs in the diaper changing room. While the play options aren't extensive, it serves as a convenient spot for families to let kids burn off energy during a shopping trip.
