“We came here with the expectation of eoicland same as the one earlier in discovery bay. But this was very disappointing as there is just these 4 small kids stuff all with the plastic balls theme. Other things like laser tag need separate booking with large group. All the play areas included in ticket can be covered in 30-45 min and then my kid got bored. Not worth the money or time. The brand name was misleading as we came with the expectation of adventures and games Similar to the one in discovery bay. Wouldn't recommend parents n kids older than 5 here. Total waste of time and money for 5+ yr kids.”

“I honestly feel bad leaving a negative review, but I think it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, this location feels poorly managed. The staff seemed unsure of what was happening, and overall the place lacks the variety and entertainment that the old Discovery Bay branch used to offer. There are only a handful of attractions, and most areas are really geared toward children under 5, which makes it less appealing for older kids. We also attended the Halloween event, which was quite a letdown. The “dark room” advertised for ages 8 and above was instead filled with toddlers, many of whom were understandably upset and crying in the tight, dark space. It didn’t feel well thought out or age-appropriate. EpicLand has potential, but right now it needs better organization, clearer staff guidance, and more diverse attractions to make it enjoyable for a wider age range.”
