1 / 2Proxy Climbing
📍 Quarry Bay, Hong Kong Island
Indoor bouldering gym in Quarry Bay running structured kids climbing classes for ages 7–12. Routes reset weekly. Moonboard on-site for training. No top-rope or lead walls.
Very creative setting at Proxy. Though the place is small, the gym is packed with interesting climbs that would keep you occupied for your entire session and another. Route setters are at work every week to reset certain areas of the wall, which keeps the climbing experience fresh.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for kids aged 7 and up who want structured coaching in a focused bouldering environment. The weekly route resets reward return visits. Younger children and toddlers are not catered for. Adults seeking lead or top-rope climbing should look elsewhere — this is a bouldering-only facility.
