Wonderful Kiztopia location. Warm friendly staff who takes their time to answer all of our questions. We really like that it is timed at ticket purchase and not set times of the day like other similar establishments. Not busy at this location on a weekday. Plenty of open areas to explore and play in. Non-slip socks are mandatory. Highly recommend to let kids blow off some energy here. If it is not enough they can also go to Dino park on the 4th level of the mall that is free! My kids 10, 8, 5 had a blast. There's a little bit of everything. They asked to come back and didn't want to leave.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Works well across the full 2–12 age range. Toddlers from age 2 thrive in the role-play zones on quieter weekday visits. Children aged 5–12 gravitate to the climbing installation and interactive trampolines — most want the two-hour session.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Non-slip socks are mandatory — bring your own or purchase on arrival.
Book two-hour sessions for children aged 5 and above as one hour consistently proves too short.
🎟️Weekday visits are significantly quieter, especially for children aged 2–4.
🚗Sessions are timed from ticket purchase, so flexible arrival is possible within your booked window.

A very fun but also very crowded indoor playground. They have a big jumping castle and a very big installation for climbing in the middle. The sides have rooms where each has its own topic like supermarket, sand pit (not actual sand but wooden cubes), mechanic shop and car room. My 2-up had a blast here and due to the playtime being either one or two hours had to be dragged away since she is not used to limited play time. This is one of the few playgrounds in HK that also has a eating/drinking area with a cafe. I haven’t used it so I don’t know about the prices or the quality.

We came 1.5yr ago and my kids said it’s the first place they want to go when they came back to HK. Lovely welcoming and clean space. Lots to do, I was worried my older kid would be bored but he loved it and wanted to stay longer than the 1hr we paid. Also in this area are lots of kids business so you could spend a whole day here!! It was nice to see some nice updates like the construction area.

Having visited all of KizTopia (Inc BounceTopia), my son said this is the second best one out of all them. Services were good. It has a variety of activity to keep the kids entertained. 1. Bouncy castle section. 2. Trampoline Inc Interactive gaming, basketball, target ball battle mode and wall cliff hanger experience. 3. Construction section. 4. Candy small nursery section. 5. Playzone with large ball pit and slides 6. Mini Mart and kitchen experience. It has enough variety to keep your children entertained. Located on Lower Ground floor, New Town Plaza, bit hard to find if it's your first time there, look for kid play zone signs. Check out my 360 images to give you a better 360 view of the KizTopia and what it has to offer! I'll be doing the same with the KizTopia sites if you wish to compare the sites! You can also look at my video version of KizTopia on YouTube! Have Fun!!!!
