“Really good if u want to practice there,not too busy on the weekends , only 5 to 6 people are there , it was my childhood’s top 10 most favourite place !”

“This place used to be my favourite one, not too crowded, and well-managed. Though these days the ice surface got quite bumpy, makes dangerous to practice. And there is one woman, I think she’s a student but she claims all the place is hers and shout “Excuse me!” when anyone gets in her way and say “I have to jump here” and tell people to go away from “her spot” which is extremely unpleasant and not align with usual rink etiquette. If you want to jump during public session, you need to find a way, not shout other people go away. Or coaches should put those corns for her. I’ve bumped into her multiple times and she always acts like she owns the place; shouts, gives attitude, and asks to move away. It’s not the rink’s fault, it’s just one rude person but it’s enough to ruin your day. Maybe the rink can promote and educate etiquette for their students that you can’t claim “your spot” during pubic sessions.”

“Asian tourist here. Good experience with front staff and coach rhea. Booked it on the spot for my kids. Both first timers, coach rhea was lovely and patient. She checked the kids skates and helped to tie it again. The kids enjoyed the classes and continued playing. While I went to look around the facility hoping to find water cooler. One staff, indian manager? His actions were kinda unfriendly while he offered help from afar. Then went on to nit pick on the front staff lol And everyone else is great. I have to highlight that my kids fell in the rink and some of the staff picked them up a few times. Thumbs up”
