1 / 4Cornwall Street Children's Playground
đ Kowloon Tong, Kowloon
Free neighbourhood playground in Kowloon Tong featuring multiple swings, slides, open green lawns, and mature tree shade. Less crowded than typical HK playgrounds, within walking distance of Kowloon Tong MTR and Festival Walk.
Many Swings! In Hong Kong playgrounds, during holidays and busy periods, there are usually queues for the children's swings. For some reason, this park has many swings. It is usually quiet and less busy than the other playgrounds in Hong Kong and is quite green with trees and lawns. Its not far distance from Kowloon Tong MTR and Festival Walk Mall and just across the road from the Baptist Hospital.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for toddlers and children up to age 8 who love swinging and open green space without crowds. The low-difficulty equipment suits younger kids perfectly. Older children seeking climbing structures or adventure play will outgrow it quickly.

âThis is one of the best playgrounds we hv visited. Open, clean and quiet, though it's not the most challenging ones but definitely desined for the kids that love swinging.â

Overview
Cornwall Street Children's Playground stands out in Hong Kong's playground landscape for one specific reason: it has far more swings than almost anywhere else in the city, and they're rarely all occupied. Kids can swing, slide, and run across open grassy lawns shaded by mature trees. The atmosphere is genuinely calm â reviewers who've visited for decades confirm the crowd levels stay consistently low. Slides suit younger children rather than thrill-seekers.
